Flash back to the early 70's...I am 4 or 5, probably wearing pigtails in my hair and come in from playing in the backyard and I ask my mom what's for dinner and she says "tuna noodle" referring to the casserole that so many moms were making those days. All I hear is "toodle noodle" and that is what it is called from that day on. Go ahead, say it, you won't be able to keep a smile off your face! Curly rotini pasta with albacore tuna in a creamy mushroom sauce flecked with peas. And of course topped with crushed potato chips. As nostalgic as it gets!
